Unforgettable Pain

To be honest, I'm lost,
I'm so alone and afraid,
I was scared to admit it,
but it gets worse every day.

My past keeps coming up,
some stuff I can't deny,
how i wished the pain away.
but I'd rather hurt then cry.

Sometimes it turns to anger,
I do stuff that I regret,
it's too hard to block it out,
this pain i can't forget.
