Flowing Blood [Diatelle]

by Jessica   Aug 29, 2006

..........................Blood
.........................Flowing
......................Cuts showing
......................Fulfilling pain
.................Crimson liquids glowing
............Finding another untouched vein
........Killing confidence, crying in the rain
Slowly dripping from tortured wrists, creating floods
...Souls ripped of beauty, all hope it does drain
......Minds starved of sense, going insane
.............Active heart rates slowing
.................Wrapped in a chain
.....................Aches growing
..........................Flowing
...........................Blood

I really liked the pace of this one. It seemed to mimick the liquid flow of the blood so well. Your choice of words was both stark and compelling.
