Caught in the middle

I'm always caught in the middle.
I can't get out but i struggle.
Miscommunication comes along between my dad and my mom.
And there i am caught in the middle.
My friends are going to move along, if i move out to, live with my mom.
I'm caught in the middle.
what do i do?
how do i choose?
