Raging War

by hilda sucgang   Aug 30, 2006

There are no winners in war,
only weapons,
bullets hissing,
planes colliding,
trucks smashing.

There are no winners in war,
only ruins,
collapsed building,
burnt houses,
damaged hospitals.

There are no winners in war,
only people,
crawling for hunger,
crying in pain,
yelling for mercy.

There are no winners in war,
only wreckage,
doom and
death.

There are no winners,
only us,
losers.
