Sleeping Sun

by LadyPearl   Aug 31, 2006

*My third Free-style* Enjoy^-^
---------------------------------------

Ah, the day sets forth again
Aromas awake to bloom
Liveliness flutters alert
Waiting for morning breeze

What is this my friend?
Has the sun not risen?

Leaves ache with hunger
Yet still she sleeps?

Call upon chattering songbirds
Sing for the shining light
Our dear sun has fainted
Forgetting the portrait of warmth

See how children awake now
Dazed inside the night
Not knowing whether to dream
Or imagine they're early for once

Wake up, temple of divine love
Coax the coldness away
Oh how the moon laughs scornfully
Consuming webs of reality

Sing, birds where melodies reign
Existence are chained to you
The day must set forth again
Every hope waits upon your voice
