The Change

by Lizzy   Sep 1, 2006

As the sun sets, I come out of hiding,
scared of the light.

The moon shines out of the clouds,
casting an eerie glow.

The moon calls me forward,
step by step.

As I I look up my eyes shine like two lamps in the darkness.

I scream an eerie sound that makes women's skin crawl,

It makes a child cry,
and causes grown men to fall.

My brethren come forward as black as night and I am not afraid.

They answer my call one hundred times my cry.

I join them and I change into eternal darkness.

I creep forward once more-now a monster-into the night .

I have change, fear me now and stay out of site.

For I am a werewolf, black as night.
