Never Leave Me Again

by ashley   Sep 1, 2006

Every time of the day,
I wait in my chair,
Thinking and hoping,
That you're coming today.

But when today goes by,
I hope and wait for tomorrow,
Knowing you will come,
And won't let me down,
Again.

People watch me,
Waitng for you,
All alone,
I start to cry,
They laugh.

I run home to cry on my bed,
Saying over and over again,
No one cares for me,
But no one understands me,
No one loves me.

So I dig the blade,
deeper and deeper,
Into my skin.

No one notices these,
Cuts in my wrists,
Because no one wants to,
No one wants to look,
Look at my life.

They think they know my pain,
But they don't.

My pain flows through my vaines,
So I think the only way,
To get it out is to cut,
Over and over again,
Slits in my skin.

The deeper the more pain comes out,
But I'm wrong.
