Longing to be by your side
and really not knowing why
i never noticed that
i want to be with you and only you
and there is nothing i wont do
to try and be the guy you need
I'll fight for you or die for you
I'll be that fantasy guy

and hopefully I'll come to mind
when the first day comes
when i try and ask you out
i know I'm lame and didn't do it right before
i should have done it in person
but too late now to change my ways

i no are friendship will never change
thats the only thing i care the most about
