This Place I call home

This place I call home
Is one of the few I don't understand
Walking the battlefield is all I know
Turning my head here and there

Just to keep watch
Like I am still there
People ask if I'm ok
And all I can do is

Reply with a simple yes
But in reality
I am not, because
I feel I am still on the field
