You once said you loved me,
But all you wanted was control,
And now I'm rid of you,
And thats a good toll.

I don't miss you,
In fact I now hate you,
I see you in the halls,
I pretend I did not see you at all.

You talk about me,
All of them are rumors and lies,
But you're just mad about it,
And thats whats inside.

I thought I loved you,
But it was a mistake,
I never want to do that again,
Thats a risk I'm not willing to take.

And now because of you,
I've found someone new.
Some that cares for me,
And doesn't want to control me,
Someone I love and loves me so dearly.
