I wanted to say i miss you. you were the girl who changed me. a bleak existence was my life before i met you. you understood me when no one else could. your own pain that you had beaten gave you the understanding that you used to help me. our friendship blossomed into more and we changed each others lives forever. i never knew the meaning of love until you showed me the way. a new world opened up to me, one filled with possibilities and hope. but all good things must come to an end. at the peak of our relationship you were cruelly taken away from me. cut down in our prime. the pain was unbearable but short lived. i realized we will always be together in my heart. so now as i stare at an old photo of you, a smile comes across my face because i know when i fall asleep we will be together again in my dreams. i will love you always and forever.
