Gasping for Air

by Sara   Sep 2, 2006

I couldn't say anything and he just smiled

like he always does.

He smiled and wrapped his arms around my body.

Pulling me closer

I let go of my fears, my doubts...

His rough hands creating friction
on the delicate, fragile fingers connected to my heart...

...And it was real...

This guy laying next to me, is real.

His skin rubbing against mine, is real.

How his eyes fall upon me, is real.

The way his hand always finds mine, is real.

Us, right now, in this moment, it's real...

......the tighter he holds me, the more I gasp for air........
