Midnight Dream

I'm sitting on a cloud
just around midnight
looking down below
and at the stars shining bright.

I'm sitting here thinking
just of some stiff
how I'm alone
and how I have no luck.

As I sat and ponder
another cloud passed by my way
We looked right at each other
and there was nothing to say.

We ended up chatting
about our hopes and dreams
then we realized
that nothing in life is what it seems

We wanted the same things
to be loved and have some care
little did we realized that that night
we met the one who'll always be there.

We fell in love with each other
and started to smile
but yet when things go bad
everyone once in a while

We both go back to the clouds
and watch the things around
and realized we'll always love each other
whether its in the sky or on the ground
