The way it should be

One slice
It didn't suffice
Two and then three
what has happened to me
Four, five, six, seven
Before I know it I'm at eleven
A few more left to go
So I continue, but my mind says no
Blood all around
I try not to make a sound
In the morning there's never anything here
No evidence I had made my skin shear
But tonight is not the same
Tonight is my last night of shame
Tomorrow I'll be gone for good
And everything will be the way it should
