The Little Girl...

Don't ignore the little girl

as she sits there crying

you may think she'll be OK

but she is slowly dying

everyday she's reaching out

looking for someone to care

but everyone walks past her

not knowing that shes there

slowly she's consumed

darkness starts to surround

she speaks nothing, but is screaming still

but she screams without a sound

so don't ignore the little girl

that just wants you to see

that she needs someone to notice...

that that little girl is me...
