I'm frightened
scared to speak words
scared I say the wrongs things
frightened that it hurts

voices in my mind
they're saying it's not true
they're telling me it's wrong
I don't know if it's you

I'm not sure this is the truth
I don't know what I'm feeling
but I do know that I love you
and that your words are healing
