No matter how far away you are,
Or how distant I may seem,
Whether I am standing right beside you,
Or you could only see me in a dream,

I'll never forget the times we've shared,
And I hope that neither will you,
Because I would never turn my back on you,
And that my friend is true,

So when you are in a mess,
Or just need someone to call,
Maybe you just need someone to talk to,
Or if you need help getting up after you ran into a wall,
