Torment Block

by WriterX   Sep 8, 2006

A gray evil structure
With holes to let in air,
And we, like rats,
Are stuffed in this cage.

With just enough food
To let us live,
And water so muddy
Which we do not drink,

But the doors are closed
Broken down last week,
The only way out
Is through prayer and sin.

We are alone,
In this Torment Block,
Like gray little Rats,
locked up in a cage.

Oh my, the depth of this poem is like nothing I have ever read. Wow. I'm blown away and left speechless! That's a rare thing! Great work-you're in my favourites and I'm hoping to see more from you!
