The Anger

by Renee   Sep 9, 2006

Turn your face so you can't see mine
scratch your eyes until you're blind
look ahead so that you won't find
the past is present in your mind...

Oooh.. when it finally ends;
the world adds another mile.

Do what you want,
you get whatever you want.
Do what you want,
while the rest of us watch.

Oooh, the anger!
How dead are you?
How dead can it get?!
just the scent of you...
the scent makes me sweat
With anger!

Forget us all, you'll never quit
what we did for you has made you sick.
You're trained to feed the fruit of pain
we won't go away until you're back again.

Oooh... when you say "it will end;"
you just add another pile.

Do what you want,
we'll give you whatever you want.
Do what you want,
while the rest of us watch.

Nicely written; I could feel the anger coming from the lines and stanzas. The slight repetitiveness is good; a nice touch. I hope you're alright, and take care, dear.

    Much love,
