His Eyes

It was his eyes that pulled me in
And how he smiled all the time
Somehow he makes me dream of him
He's always on my mind

He makes me smile
Just by the way he looks
I'm sure in a while
He'll be in my notebooks

But it's not just his looks
That make me want him so
It's just how he acts
Some others don't know

You see, I just met him
He just caught my eye
I did a double take
I looked at him and sighed

For when I saw those great eyes
I was left amazed
He made me feel so good
I was left in a daze

I know he'll be mine someday
And his mouth will never lie
I'll never forget the day
I got lost in his eyes
