Dreams...

Dreams do not come true
Life has too many strings attached
There are too many catches
I am only bringing reality into view

Why must, you suffer
You shouldn't have to think that you can live out your dream
Only few continue to follow the same stream

A note for the wise...
Follow your dream,
And you might meet your demise

I am sorry to be so blunt
But it's not fair for me to know this
And not share it...
A reality you all must confront!

    Hey, This was very unique...I loved it. I have never read a poem like this and with lesson or moral behind it. lol. It was very well writte and had a good flow. Great job...Thank you so much for the comment, although I have to say, you read two of my worst poems, I'm glad you liked them. (^_^)
