A family Shatterd

by the one   Sep 10, 2006

A family shattered,
Tempers are flying in this broken home,
Half hearted, lying and ashamed,
Why cant god see whats happening to us?

Dishes crash, A broken smile,
My baby sister now crying,
Scared shes going to get in trouble,
She comes running to my telling me not to tell,
I go and see the broken dish and tell her not to be scared,

As i help clean up the glass,
It reminds me of the family,
shattered because of nothing,
The happiness of the home
Has shattered into a tiny hundred pieces,

Joy is now pain,
Happiness is now hate,

The dish cannot be put back together,
Nor can our family.
