To My BestFriend

I can't find the words to say
So I'm writing them down here
But there's so much I have to say
I hope it comes out clear

You were with me through it all
When no one cared at all
Yet you were there to reach out
And grab me before my fall

Without you here I'd be nothing
I'd still be lost and alone
You gave me a shelter from the rain
And provided me with a home

You wiped my tears when I cried
You listened to my pain
And I know if given the chance
You'd do it all over again

You always find a way
To make my smiles real
And even through the laughs I fake
You always know what I feel

Without you around I don't think
That I'd be where I am today
You kept me in line when life got hard
You didn't let me go astray

I used to think I was weak
But you have pushed me so far
And in my heart I know you're with me
No matter where you are

Because its just like you once said
We have keep giving it our best shot
"Because when life is all you've got
Well, that's still a lot."

I think by now you get the point
But Incase you don't comprehend
You're like an older brother
But you ARE my very best friend.
