Forget-me-not

by Joe Eijyuu   Sep 11, 2006

While swaying in the spring breeze
This tiny cute flower wants your gaze
Easiness of the breeze to meet everyone
Is so envious and she feels so alone
Yes, she wants her pistils felt
Tearful forget-me-not

Looking at a rainbow in her sky above
Alone these little meadow flowers grieve
Admiration of rainbow by every being
Is too much for her soul and seeing
Her petals for you before sunset
Reaching out forget-me-not

Enchanted by the nightingale's song
Yet agitated herself in her inability to sing
Far-reaching sweet voice of nightingale
Is upsetting for her and makes her pale
Her blue flower's love is absolute
Beckoning forget-me-not

Whilst dreaming under the nightly stars
Breeze, rainbow and nightingale she becomes
Bringing unforgettable encounters to you
In between dream and reality's fondue
Enjoy her to your heart's content
Enthusiastic forget-me-not
