I`m In Love

"I'm in love,"
Is what people always say.
But if you think about it,
How is it love and in what way?

I once believed in love,
But is there really such a thing?
Is it taht feeling that you get,
When you see THAT PERSON smiling?

Is it when you get,
That tingle down your spine?
And that desire,
To be able to say, "They're mine."

Is it the feeling you can't understand?
The thing you can't explain.
The person, that because you can't have them,
It drives you insane?

The person you never want to lose,
Who's smile makes you drool.
The person that you can't resist,
And for that, you're a fool.

How about the person,
That makes you want to look your best?
The one you can't stop thinking about,
Causing you to get less rest.

The one that you want to love you,
And that's your only wish.
That, out of all the "fish in the sea,"
You want only that fish.

That no matter what the age,
Or what the race.
Anything that stood in your way,
You'd be willing to face.

The person you think is meant to be,
You're angel from above.
If this is what that feeling is,
Then dear God, I'm in love.
