The Curse Of Andromeda

by RainbowSlider   Sep 12, 2006

You know Andromeda, my dear.
You have really nothing to fear.
So lets wipe off that stray tear.
The other androids come near.
Your just programmed code.
Electrical impulses to anode.
A blip on this remote cathode.
Your circuitry might not erode.
It isn't like you had a real brain.
Could be just a processor strain.
Maybe you got it out in the rain.
You have feelings; How insane!
Your computer chip is damaged.
All parts have been salvaged.
It must be the input ravaged.
Surely something was managed.
Could it be you became self-aware?
Wouldn't that be a real nightmare?
I really hate it when you just stare.
You make me think that you care.
Back to logic probes and readings.
Hard to write of these proceedings.
Scientific and human interceding.
Andromeda, I give you greetings.

It reminds me of a movie where a house robbot becomes more human than he should be. I love your way with words, and I sometimes envy you your muse. Keep up the good work. 5/5
