My last goodbye.

by Sarah   Sep 13, 2006

The waves crash like thunder
Lightening brightens the sky
The perfect mourning day
For my last goodbye.

The sun beats down on cracking rocks
Beams down on sandy shores.
But never was I more at peace
Whilst knowing my heart was yours.

Birds circle round in harmony
sing sickly loving melodies
The rays of light shine from above
On you, the one that I had loved.

The clouds are perfect circles of gray
Shooting spurts of mighty rain away
Rainbows sprinkle the dazzling sky
The perfect time, for my last goodbye.
