Please forgive me.
I'm a fool to do what I did.
Not a moral in me moved my integrity,
Now I pay the price that'll never rid.
How could I be so stupid
to not forsee an action before it was done?
How could I be so mute
to not speak a word before you were gone?
I am a begging mortal, a dying soul
pleading for you to forgive me.
And on my knees I keep on praying
that the truth God lets you see.
And I cry waterfalls of tears
As my heart spills blood in pain.
The agony, the failure of my lungs and breath,
when I can't see you, no more, not even your name.
Please forgive me.
If there was ever an angel on earth it is you.
It was you who saved my wrists,
which I'll probably soon go back to.
