Living in this world for a reason
taking things in stride when they come with the season working things out the only way I know how
trying to be nice to everyone without bringing anybody down

all the looks and stares the whispered degrading chatter
looking in their eyes to see whats the matter being scrutinized like a convict all because of social conflict

never say hi to someone looked down on never as you pass them smile or you'll be labeled a bad one
fit in with everybody or at least everybody who's anyone

never meet someone new unless they have a popular reputation
remember who they are don't bend down to their station

surround yourself with a group of friends accepted by everyone
never wear something weird unless its already been done

don't hang out with people who talk to you suck up to the popular ones
follow them around maybe it will bring your rep up at least some

don't try to evangelize to people who are alone it will look bad and theres goes any respect you've been shown

don't even attempt to change how people see them it will never work
but heres one little perk if you get asked you can say its out of pity
thats a commonly used one and it works pretty well

no matter what you do someone wont approve if your standing in a corner still someone will want you to move

you cant make everyone happy and you'll have to face that some day so go ahead and invite them to youth group or to hang out with you anyway
