I Can't Without You

You told me you'd always be there
I believed it was true
But when I'm sad and can't seem to go on
And I'm looking for you
But I can never get through
You don't respond to my messages
You don't turn up online
You've in no way called
So when I'm depressed and miserable
I'm all alone with no one around
Dealing with it by myself
On the threshold of crimson tears
With no one to wash them away
No one to tell me they care and nurture me
Just me, myself and I
Me sitting here alone, and timid
Myself sitting here thinking of ways, to end my pain and torment
I sitting here begging myself, to fight a little longer
I know I make it difficult to help me
But I really need your help
I can't do it single-handedly
I'm losing this struggle
When you're not around I don't know what to do
I have no desire to fight
As these sorrowful tears spill down my face
I sit here thinking of you
Wishing you'd take hold of me
Just for one more moment in time
If only you were here right now
I promise I'd tell you all and let you in
Everything's falling to pieces
All I can do is sit here and watch it take place
Slowly losing myself as emptiness fills me
All I formerly loved and held dear
Floating away out of grasp
There's nothing left for me
Every time I take a chance
I'm just gathering more things
That I can watch disappear
My hopes for the future are long gone
I'm sick of fighting for life
I may as well die now, rather than later
After a lot more pain and suffering
I don't know what to do
I can't seem to pull myself through
I'm stuck in a black hole
I can't break away from
I need you now, more than ever
But you're no where to be found
I wonder what you'd do if you were here
If you'd say goodnight and leave
Or stay and pull me through
I don't know if I should call you
Petrified of the rejection
I'll message you one more time
But if you don't reply
I may not be here tomorrow
I can't stop these feelings
I'm fighting this losing battle
But I can't to any further extent
If you don't show up soon
I won't be able to hold on
I'm done with it all
