Cant do this anymore

Wen i need you the most,
you never seem to be there,
you sed that you\'d always help me,
you sed that you cared,
but i wen im at my lowest,
and i look for you,
i cant seem to find you,
and im left not knowing what to do,
why say those things,
if you dont mean it?
you dont know the pain it brings,
the fact i believed you,
when all you did was lie,
i cant keep goin on,
if i dont have the will to try,
your always out,
with other girls,
and my mind takes control,
making me suspicious and paranoid,
but you wouldnt cheat, thats wat i was told,
but how do i know,
