Rampant Chaos

by Tim Fleckney   Sep 15, 2006

Living on the edge
dreams of a time
best forgotten lay
broken and bleeding
on the floor

an undercurrent of
mass hysteria
swiftly sucks away
the screams of lost
tortured souls

chaos runs rampant as multitudes take
to the streets
crying out for vengeance

wild eyed girl-scouts
howl at the moon while
dogs stare in confusion

"Guess who's coming to dinner"
is the newest reality show

Cannibals reign supreme

I'm in agreement with Bill... Very reflective. Amazing piece, which I read 3 times before moving on to comment. I stand in awe of your talent on this one!!
