If senselessness made sense,
could pigs dance?
if reality wasn't real,
would you see a singing seal?
if you couldn't see the see able,
could you hear a purple apple?
if seas became lands,
would you be able to swim in the sand?
if birds became lizards and lizards became birds,
would you end up with a buzzard?
if a frown became a smile and a smile became a frown,
would red turn brown?
if a rainbow had a pot of gold,
would your wheel less car begin to roll?
if simple became difficult and difficult became simple,
stick out your tongue and win the battle?
if pride became shame and shame became pride,
would you let your six year old drive?
if the sky fell,
would the clouds fall to hell?
if this weird poem was never to end,
would my face ever mend?
