My Addiction

by aDORKable x3   Sep 16, 2006

I look into the doorway
And what do I see
A stack of useless books
That are staring back at me

I wonder who put them there
I wonder why I care
I wonder why I'm drawn to them
And how I cannot help but stare

Why is this such torture
These usless little books
How can they be so compelling
It's like they're giving me looks

I'm trying to beat my addiction
I'm trying so hard to fight back
But without these books in my life
They're just something that I lack

Very well written. Quite an imagination.

The flow was done well and the imagery great. Keep it up.
