Thoughts Of A Devistated Lover (Your Finest Murderer)

by lOVER   Sep 18, 2006

The vicious words slipping from your lips,
the sparkle of the belt which once weighed your hips,
around your neck,
oh how you do look your best,
the twinkle in your eye,
dare to say a word? maybe a goodbye?

you and me.. such a long time ago..
here i am not missing you .. not wanting to know,
are you OK?
Are you alright?
for you are anything but my heaven tonight

blood shot eyes i once had for you,
the colour of your skin, from pale to blue.
it matches your eyes..
let me finish it off with a ribbon..
a ribbon of the finest envy... the finest beauty.. wrapped around your hands.
try to struggle and yet you try,
there it disappears.. the twinkle in your eye..

you hurt me so bad, i can no longer feel,
you hurt me so bad i lost my reality,
seems like nothing else is real.

there you are hanging from the ceiling,
our relationship
our " love"
there it goes, it withers away..
it starts peeling.

my dead lover, dare i call you that?
there in the corner, i silently sat,
was it worth it to hurt you like this..
was it worth it to have that one last kiss..
for what you are..
you are dead to me..
as clear as the eye..
the eye can see..

LOL. This poem is kind of evil. I like it. You are a really good author :)
