I'd rather fight with you
then be with someone else
I'd rather die
and have you live
I'd rather you didnt know
so you'd be happy
I'd rather things be happy again
but that isnt going to happen
I'd rather you hold her hand
but still be my friend
I'd rather talk to you
instead of sitting quietly
I'd rather slit my wrists
then write anymore of this poem
I'd rather go die
so you'd know how much i went through
I'd rather you were upset
instead of with her
I'd rather be alone right now
because i hate you
