Not Pretty

by TRAGiC BEAUTY   Sep 19, 2006

I need to stop pretending I'm pretty
Need to just face the facts
There is nothing special about me
And that is that

When all the boys deny me love
And they just don't love me
Beauty and charm are not what I'm made of
I know I'm just plain ugly

All the girls are so skinny
And the girls have perfect hair
The complete opposite of me
The expectations, with me, they're not there

I will never be the things that are "in"
Some things I just can't be
Perfection's something I can't win
It will never be me
