How do I say goodbye
And not shed a tear?
How the hell will I get by
If you're no where near?

I guess the secret is out
And they all know about you & me.
But I will never doubt
That I'll ever leave you empty!

They know you have a girlfriend
And i hate that fact about you...
But when we're together, we don't have to pretend...
This friendship is something naturally true...

So how do I say goodbye

I cannot put this thing we have on hold,
