I look deep into her eyes
And I see the pain she hides
Her lips are tightly sealed
No secrets will she reveal

I see her lonely, lifeless eyes
All because of hurt and lies
That she?s lived with though her life
That?s why she?s had to use the knife

Her heartbeat slowly starts to fade
As she makes cuts with this blade
Blood all around on the floor
And still continues doing more

She?s feels alone and not one friend
Can tell her that it?s not the end
No one knows that she hides
The constant thought of suicide

Her parents, sister, friends don?t know
About her secret she?ll never show
People assuming attention and the glaring eyes
Know one knows the reason she cries

Look deep inside her eyes and heart
Just look at her she?s torn apart
The scars across her wrists and arms
She?s done herself a lot of harm

To many times I?ve watched her try
To cut herself and hope to die
I saw the blood spill from her wrist
She thinks that she will not be missed

I hate the fact this girl is me
I?m someone I don?t wish to be
I wish that I could turn back now
