Cancer

Taking the lives of people
Is what you do best
But the pain and sorrow
Are left in everyone elses chest

It all happens so sudden and so fast
And we all hope that it wont last
All you do is ruin lives
We were meant for living not for dying

As people lay in their hospital beds
And thoughts of dying
Race through their heads

They wonder what they'll miss
As the cancer has met its bliss
Sad moments With teary eyes
Knowing that soon they may die

They want to be alone
To remember memories
To apologize to god
For all their bad deeds

They want to cherish
The moments they had
doesnt matter if they were
Good or bad, happy or sad

They may never get to
Experience a full life
With twists and turns
But their life they sacrifice

Its not by choice But by command
As the people they love
Take a stand

Try to find a cure So they wont die
And their hopes and dreams
Will soar very high

Hoping soon enough
Cures will be found
Over the news we wont have to hear
due to cancer another dead one is found.
