The leaves are changing colors
The air is getting cold
Last year at this time
I had you to hold
Now youre not with me
Everyday I miss you more
I step outside and realize
That I am all alone

Wishing I was by your side
Last year we were together
To watch the leaves all fall
But now I sit by myself
Its somehow much less beautiful
Its hard for me to enjoy
These things that I once did

But soon enough these falling leaves
Will turn to falling snow
Then I can forget you
Through winter, spring, and summer
