I tried so hard not to cry
When I saw you holding her hand
I turned my heart away from the world
Why couldn'tâ??t I understand?
It seemed so wrong yet so right
Just to see you smile
It may have broken my heart
But I guess it was worth the while
My broken heart, forever yours
Will always be here waiting
Until the day you will see me
