Flowers of love

by Joe Eijyuu   Sep 22, 2006

My heart was as barren as the vastest desert
Inevitably void of lives, empty and too dry
No changes except for day and night
During the day it is unpalatably scorching
Cold at night yet the stars are very handsome.

Bluest sky in the day is deceiving to my heart
Unlike you the nightly stars are here to stay
But Sixth sense tells me it'll be alright
'Cause I wished on North Star for raining
This desert transpose into my oasis of dream

Seed of love sowed for my dreamt-dearest
Taking roots deep with the very first try
Germinating my plant of sheer delight
With water, lots of love and tender caring
Nurture it to the flowers of love in my realm.

Every colour of rainbow is proudly present
To extol our union with bouquet of pray
For this moment to last forever intact
To my blossom, a kiss of life all morning
Flowers of love, I thank you for your charm.
