The Sorrow Of A Broken Child.

by Willow   Sep 22, 2006

Yelling parents,
Screaming child,
Tears running down her cheeks,
Apparently this is mild.

Cranky parents,
Supportive friends,
Always wiping her tears away,
And helping her heart mend.

Sitting alone,
Silently crying,
Holding the anger inside,
And wishing she was dieing.

Fighting with her family,
Breaking their hearts,
Not mean to hurt them,
While she breaks into several empty parts.

Pushing help away,
Holding her friends' love tight,
Feeling so alone and broken,
Crying herself to sleep at night.

Wanting to escape,
Saying she's OK,
Hoping Oneida these feelings will go,
And hoping that her tears will never again fall this way.

~~For my friend Amelia.~~
