She stared at him as he said
The one thing of love forbidden
He walked away knowing in this life
He would never be forgiven

Tears filled her eyes
She thought it was a mistake
She had nothing more to give
He had nothing more to take

She cried her tears
A weight off her chest
So she went and did
What she knew best

With a broken heart
And a tear in her eye
The world would know
He was her suicide
