A simple mirror sat alone in the corner, fulfilling its ony purpose: to reflect light into the dark spaces of the world. Yet the mirror rests in shadows. no one reflects the given light back at the mirror. the sun rises and sets leaving the reflective glass to its profession. used to its lonliness, the mirror remained until someone came. this being had inner beauty and light that reflected back at the mirror. the mirror was happy. this person and the mirror reflected the light together into the darkness of the world. their purpose fulfilled together.
