Angels sprayed onto the old brick wall.
He built you up, so it would hurt to fall.
Deserted spay cans and a lingering smoke.
You cradle his memory and wish he would choke.

Tags and graffti upon the walls of the city.
And as you try to hate, you feel only pity.
He's gone now, a part of your past.
And you can do nothing, but wish it to last.

Pot leaves and spray paint, nothing but a dream.
One has to learn things are never what they seem.
He lied and abused, he cheated and he played.
He hurt you so bad, your heart now is frayed.

You wish you could love, you wish you could feel.
You wish for anything as long as it's real.
Who do you trust, who do you love?
He never listened, his "care" was a shove.

You watched him leave you for another.
And you waved goodye as if he was any other.
You knew he was leaving, you knew he was gone.
And this was the end of your sick "love" song.

And somehow you still missed him, somehow still cared.
Yet with some other girl you let him be paired.
He left you for her, said the action was better.
You friends saw her take him, wondered why you let her.

You smiled aside, said you felt only hate.
What would happen would happen, it was all up to fate.
Yet you spend your nights crying, with blood and tears.
With no one there, you are left with your fears.
