My Rock

Have you ever felt like you couldn't hold on?
Have you ever just wanted to end the song?
Have you ever just failed and couldn't go on?
You wouldn't if you had my mom.
She's my rock and my life,
She's been through the strife,
She helps when I'm sad,
She's my mom and my dad,
She's there when I am low,
When no one knows,
And nothing shows,
I dedicate my life,
For I would be nothing without her,
Everything seems to matter,
She clears up the blur.
She's my hope and faith and so much more,
I don't know what I'd do,
Without her I am nothing,
She cheers me up when I am blue,
When I am in a rage,
She helps me turn the page,
She's everything a mom could be,
And even more as eyes can see,
She's the best and no one knows,
The trials that my mom won't show,
She's been through hard times,
This is so true,
She could be in a bad mood,
And be so sweet to you,
She's my mom and I love her so,
So I give my heart and soul,
To this poem,
She's my inspiration,
She's my angel from above.
So I write this poem to say thank you mom,
For giving so much love!
