Synthetic

by Natalie   Sep 24, 2006

Intense emotions conceal all truth,
Alleging nothing hurts deep inside,
Tattered words linger beyond ears,
Ignoring sounds of crashing tears.

Cold chills travel up anemic spines,
Begging for forgiveness once again,
Sharp stabbing engulfs paper heart,
Memories playback from the start.

Solitude thoughts become unheard,
(Don't touch me, I'm not worth it),
Lost within a synthetic personality,
Vanishing physically and mentally.

A second and equally amazing piece of writing. It is rare to come across an author with so much foundation to build on - you Must write more!!

Wow. I liked how you put in the emotional and the mental struggles in this piece. I thought it was well written, with really good descriptions, and I felt like I knew everything that was happening. Great write. =) 5/5 xoxo
