Secret Relief

by ~T i a n a~   Sep 24, 2006

Secrecy fill the air with guilt and fear,
hiding things wrong that no one should hear.
No secrets last, in the end they come out,
hurting innocent people, you can hear then shout.
Causing more trouble than the secret held,
so why do people lie, thinking it saving the world.

Sealed up tight in a locket, kept away from your life,
because you know this secret could get you into strife.
Slowly but surely its beginning to show,
more and more people starting to know.

Starting to re think keeping this lie,
but it doesnt matter anymore as you sigh.
Be true to yourself, show the true you.
Because hiding behind shadows doesnt show your strength,
its just a short lived relief.
